What do I put on it?
Peanut butter (xylitol-free), wet food, plain yoghurt, mashed banana, or kibble pressed in with a splash of bone broth. Room temperature or fridge-cold — not hot.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes — top rack, normal cycle. Or hand-wash with warm water and unscented soap. Skip bleach and abrasive scourers.
How long does shipping take?
US: 2-5 working days. UK: 10-14 working days. Tracking emailed the moment your order leaves.
What size dog is it for?
Any size — from a 4 kg terrier to a 40 kg labrador. The mat is 21×21 cm. Cats too.
Can I freeze it?
Yes — we recommend it. Freezing turns a five-minute session into twenty or thirty. Load, cover loosely, freeze for at least an hour.
