Where we ship

We ship to the United Kingdom and the United States. For other destinations, please email hello@bycaelo.com — we can usually arrange delivery on request.

Delivery times

United States: 2 to 5 working days via USPS, fully tracked.
United Kingdom: 10 to 14 working days, fully tracked.

All orders ship from our partner fulfilment facility with tracking provided from the moment your order is dispatched. We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Shipping costs

United Kingdom: £3.99 standard shipping. Free on orders over £40.
United States: $4.99 standard shipping. Free on orders over $50.

Order confirmation and tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, followed by a separate dispatch confirmation with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Delays and missing orders

Occasionally carrier delays occur, particularly during peak retail periods. If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated window (5 working days US, 14 working days UK), please email hello@bycaelo.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement free of charge if the parcel is confirmed lost.

Customs and duties

UK and US orders are shipped duty-paid. You will not be charged additional customs fees on delivery.

Incorrect addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will re-dispatch the order once the additional shipping cost has been paid.
