Placing an order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to buy. We will send an order confirmation email immediately, followed by a separate dispatch confirmation when your order ships. The contract is formed when we dispatch your order, not when you place it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion — for example, where a product is unexpectedly out of stock or we suspect fraud.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP or USD depending on your location. Prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order and offer you the choice of confirming at the correct price or cancelling.

Safe use of our products

Caelo products are designed for normal everyday use. Please supervise your dog when using any feeding or enrichment accessory. We are not liable for damage, illness, or injury resulting from misuse of the product.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under United Kingdom law.
