We ship to the United Kingdom and the United States.
United Kingdom
- Standard shipping: £3.99, or free on orders over £40
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days
- Carrier: Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DPD, depending on order size
- Tracking link is emailed at the point of dispatch
United States
- Standard shipping: $4.99, or free on orders over $49
- Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days
- Carrier: USPS Ground Advantage or UPS, depending on order size
- Tracking link is emailed at the point of dispatch
Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 local time (GMT for UK, ET for US) are processed the same day, Monday to Friday. Weekend orders are processed on the following Monday. Once an order is dispatched it can no longer be cancelled — you'd need to return it.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
What you can return
- Unused product in its original packaging — full refund
- Used product within 30 days, if you weren't happy with it — full refund, hygiene reasons mean we cannot resell it but we'd rather you didn't keep something you don't love
- Damaged on arrival — full refund or replacement, no return needed, just send a photo to hello@bycaelo.com
How to start a return
Email hello@bycaelo.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label (UK) or a return address (US). Once we receive the return, your refund is processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.
Faulty product
If your product develops a fault within 6 months of purchase under normal use, we'll replace it free of charge. Photographs help us get a replacement out faster.
