We ship to the United Kingdom and the United States, with full tracking from the moment your order is dispatched.

United Kingdom

Standard shipping with free delivery on orders over the threshold shown at checkout
Estimated delivery: 10–14 working days
Full tracking, emailed at the point of dispatch

United States

Standard shipping with free delivery on orders over the threshold shown at checkout
Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days via USPS
Full tracking, emailed at the point of dispatch

All orders ship duty-paid — there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 UK time are processed the same working day, Monday to Friday. Weekend orders are processed the following Monday. Once an order has dispatched it can no longer be cancelled — you'd need to return it.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

What you can return

Unused product in any condition (rinsed off is plenty) — full refund
Used product within 30 days, if you weren't happy with it — full refund, no questions asked
Damaged on arrival — full refund or replacement, no return needed, just send a photo to hello@bycaelo.com

How to start a return

Email hello@bycaelo.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label and the address. Once we receive the return, your refund is processed within 2 working days to the original payment method.

Faulty product

If your product develops a fault within 6 months of purchase under normal use, we'll replace it free of charge. Photographs help us get a replacement out faster.
